Whether you’re putting together a corporate meeting, a baby shower, an after-wedding brunch or a memorial service, our top-notch catering services will put you at ease, wow your guests, keep you in budget and make you look like a world-class host. Now THAT’S what it’s all about! You rock your event, we’ll do all the work! We have fabulous foods to fit every event, style and budget. You can dine at our place, or we’ll come to yours. On this page are some suggested packages to help you get started, but keep in mind, we’re super-flexible with special requests, and we’ll work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want! BREAKFAST BUFFET PACKAGES (20 guest minimum) • French Toast or Pancake Bar: Either French Toast or pancakes, served with fluffy cheesy scrambled eggs and your choice of bacon, ham, sausage or turkey sausage links. • Traditional Breakfast Bar: Scrambled eggs, choice of bacon, ham, sausage, or turkey sausage links, along with hot spuds, and a toaster bar with an assortment of Truckee Sourdough breads. • Frittatas and Baked Pastries: Delicious sausage, herb and cheese frittatas served with fresh in-season fruit salad, along with an assortment of freshly baked goods. • Custom Omelette Bar: For very special occasions, get a custom omelette station with a cook, where your guests can hand select their favorite omelette ingredients. We’ll also provide a fresh in-season fruit salad, along with hot breakfast spuds and freshly baked goods. BREAKFAST DROP OFFS (20 guest minimum) • Breakfast Burritos: Prepared breakfast burritos, with your choice of meat or vegetarian, stuffed with scrambled eggs, a variety of cheeses and avocado, served with salsa. • Continental Breakfast: An assortment of freshly-baked pastries, bagels, cream cheese and fresh in-season fruit salad. LUNCH OR DINNER BUFFET PACKAGES (20 guest minimum) • French Dip Sandwich and Salad Bar: Our famous French Dip roast beef • Housemade Soup and Sandwich Bar: An array of gourmet sandwiches served with a housemade soup and a fresh green salad. • Authentic Enchilada Bar: Chicken, beef or cheese enchiladas with Bubu’s housemade Mexican rice and black beans. If you’re looking for something a little fancier for lunch or dinner, try these tasty options, and of course, we offer fully custom menus. Breakfast, lunch or dinner at your place or ours – we’ve got your back! Squeeze In is thrilled to present Executive Chef Erin O’Donnell, long-time Truckee server and Manager as our Catering Manager. Erin holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Cabrillo College in Aptos, California. She delivers high-energy, attention to detail, a lengthy foodservice background and a professional skillset. Email: ChefErin@squeezein.com. Please give us at least 5 days to help you select your menu and location (the more time the better, so we can staff adequately and accommodate any special requests). Once your menu and guest count are finalized, you’ll get an easy-to-understand agreement. Our prices are per person, with a minimum of 20 guests, and are subject to sales tax and a 20% service charge. A 50% deposit is required to book your event. Remaining balance due on the day of service. 72 hours before your event: - We need a guaranteed final guest count, including the number of guests with dietary requests, like vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free. (Guest count cannot be decreased after this time.) - Final menu will be confirmed (no changes after this time). - Should you find that more guests are going to attend during this 72 hour time frame, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your larger group.
