We have lots of options for everyone, and we are more than happy to accommodate your special requests, dietary restrictions, and palate preferences! Just ask!

• Salads: All our salads can be made gluten-free or vegan. Just ask for no meat, cheese, eggs, or croutons. Note that our caesar, ranch and bleu cheese dressings all have dairy (as do all of our omelettes sauces). All salad dressings except caesar are gluten-free. We have 11 different dressings. • Side Dishes: French fries, spudz, and tortilla chips are all gluten-free and vegan (no meat or dairy or any breaded items ever go in our fryer). Most of our soups are gluten-free, and most of our vegetarian soups are also vegan (ask your server about the soup of the day). We also offer a green salad or sliced tomatoes as sides, or a freshly-prepared fruit cup is also available for 1.49.
• Kim’s Killer Broc: This dish can be made gluten-free when ordered without the garlic cheese toast, and can be vegan without the garlic cheese toast or parmesan cheese. A bowl of gently steamed, seasoned broccoli tossed with red onions, red bell peppers, garlic and extra virgin olive oil, finished with our own home-toasted seeds and nuts.
• All of our omelettes are gluten-free, except the #46 Thadder, which has soy sauce.
• Instead of bread or toast you can have fresh corn tortillas or in-house fried corn tortilla chips.
•The Huevos Montana breakfast dish is gluten-free as is. Fresh corn tortilla heaped with refried beans and melted jack cheese, topped with two eggs, any style, avocado, black olives, salsa, sour cream and sprouts, served with an extra tortilla on the side with a 1/2 order of spudz. Insider tip: extra good with ground beef!
• NEW! Get a Romaine Lettuce Wrap instead of bread for any of our sandwiches or burgers!
• NEW! Gluten-Free Nachos: Fresh-fried corn tortillas topped with black or refried beans, melted jack and cheddar cheese, tomatoes, black olives, onions, avocado, sour cream and your choice of ground beef or grilled chicken breast.
• You are welcome to substitute any meat, cheese or eggs, in any of our dishes for tofu, vegan patty, tortillas, or any other veggie: avocado, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, onions, olives, green chiles, jalapeños, carrots, sprouts, zucchini, red or green bell peppers, artichoke hearts or mushrooms.
• NEW! Vegan Burrito: Flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of sautéed tofu or ground vegan patty, with french fries, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, and sprouts, served with home-fried, vegan tortilla chips.
• NEW! Vegan Griller: A grilled vegan patty served on your choice of Truckee Sourdough Company's sourdough, honey wheatberry or rye, with avocado, lettuce, pickle, tomato, and grilled red onions. Served with your choice of french fries, spudz, green salad, or sliced tomatoes.
