We're known world-wide for our omelettes - they ARE the "Best Omelettes on the Planet!"®. We figured we could check the planet, so we claim it for our omelettes. Although actually, one of our guests claimed we have the best omelettes in the Universe! Didn't think we could travel that far yet?! We have over 60 specialty omelettes on the menu.

Bleu Chicken Salad: cubed grilled skinless chicken breast, bleu cheese crumbles, bacon crumbles, diced red bell peppers, sliced boiled egg and red onions, served on a bed of fresh romaine lettuce, with garlic cheese toast.
The Salerno 'Shroom: any patty (hand-pressed beef, turkey, chicken breast or Gardenburger) with sautéed mushrooms, jack cheese, served with our signature mushroom sauce.
Healthy Obsession Program Menu
Our HOP (Healthy Obsession Program) menu is our special low cal, low fat menu featuring ample, healthy fare, sure to please. All items are under 410 calories (most WAY under) and have less than 7 grams of fat.
Spudz are steam grilled and all HOP menu items are prepared with
no oils, no mayo and no cheese. The Squeeze family gives props

Shi's Superfood Scramble: egg whites, spinach, broccoli, red bell peppers and zucchini all scrambled up. Served with toast (served dry, of course), and a fruit cup or sliced tomatoes.
